When equipment is installed on your premises, you agree to:
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and our recommendations

- Use only approved supplies and consumables
4.3 Payment Obligations
- Pay all invoices according to agreed payment terms

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and accepted.
5.2 Payment Terms
- Equipment Sales: Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
- Service Contracts: Payment terms as specified in individual contracts
- One-time Services: Payment due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
- Late Payments: Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at 8% per annum above Bank of England base rate
5.3 Disputes
Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of invoice date. We will investigate all legitimate disputes promptly and fairly.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Equipment Warranties
New equipment comes with manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. We will honour all valid warranty claims and facilitate warranty service as authorized dealers.
6.2 Service Guarantees
- Installation services are guaranteed for 90 days after completion
- Repair work is guaranteed for 6 months or manufacturer warranty, whichever is longer
- Parts and components carry manufacturer warranties
- Service response times as specified in service level agreements
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Use of non-approved supplies or consumables
- Environmental damage or acts of nature
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Liability Limits
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7.2 Excluded Damages

- Loss of data or corruption of files
- Business interruption or downtime costs

7.3 Force Majeure

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:
- You breach these Terms or service agreements
- Payment obligations are not met
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- We determine termination is necessary for business reasons
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- We may retrieve our equipment as legally permitted
- Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
- Accrued rights and obligations survive termination
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved through open communication and good faith negotiation.
11.2 Formal Procedures
If informal resolution is unsuccessful:
- Disputes under £10,000 may be suitable for small claims court
